Mistaken identity, but recovered well
I loved the look of this one and it was intended to convey a special message, but it never arrived and was replaced by a character-less pink one that meant nothing. SOO disappointed and wrote to ask about having it delivered as ordered. The management acted quickly and resent an upgrade and kept both. Will use again, perfect customer service
